  • Corporate governance: The team at ThinkLaw understands the increased responsibilities and liabilities on directors, particularly independent directors.     • Registration of trademarks and copyrights including filing applications and documents in support of registration, appearing and representing before Trademark and Copyright Registry for registration, prosecution, opposition proceedings, assignment, licensing and renewal of IP.
    • Advising and assisting on global IP registration.
    • IP acquisition, licensing and exploitation.
    • Advising and assisting on IP infringement, IP enforcement actions, and IP disputes.
  • Legal Due Diligence and Commercial Transactions: We advise and assist clients in conducting periodic legal health-checks and due diligences for mitigation of risk and loss, and in preparedness of third-party investments. The team at ThinkLaw is specialised in providing end-to-end legal services pertaining to commercial transactions (mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, scheme of arrangement, private equity or venture capital) across various industries. Our services include but are not limited to drafting, negotiating and assisting in execution of term sheets, share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements, business transfer agreements, joint venture agreements, merger/ demerger schemes, escrow agreements, promoter employment agreements.
